On a sneak preview tour last week, I took a few photos of the carpet, with the promise that I’d hold them until the opening.

I took a look at all the pages in your carpet gallery. That’s quite a collection you have. You must be the only person in the world who has thought to specialize in shooting Casino Floor Coverings.
Truthfully, I’ve never ‘consciously’ noticed any casino rugs I’ve stood on.
That’s what’s good about photography. A camera allows people to focus on things most people don’t really notice and then have those things captured for all time.
Someday, I might try such a thing with chandeliers, (or maybe just buffets) etc.
